Frequently Asked Questions
How much do tickets cost?
Tickets are free for people up to 23 years old (inclusive).
For all other attendees, the price is €6 per day (IVA included), which is entirely donated to NGOs.
If the ticket is paid by a company and requires an invoice in the company's name, the price is €12 per day (+ IVA), which goes towards organizing the event.
Where is T3chFest held and how can I get there?
The event is held at the Auditorium of Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, on the Leganés Campus.
You can easily reach it by Cercanías C-5 (Leganés) or Metro Line 12 (Leganés Central), as well as numerous bus lines.
We do not recommend coming by private car, as parking in the area is limited.
Can companies purchase tickets in bulk?
Yes. Although tickets are assigned one per attendee, we offer the option of bulk tickets for companies.
The company can purchase a package of X tickets per day, make a single payment, and receive one invoice.
After the purchase, a code will be sent by email that the company can distribute among its employees; when entered, they won't have to pay anything.
Does the ticket include food?
The ticket includes a coffee-break each day.
Lunch is not included, but there are many options to eat within a 5-minute walk in Leganés.
Additionally, there are three different cafeterias inside the university with very affordable prices.
Will there be streaming of the event?
Yes. All talks will be broadcast live on YouTube and will be published in the following weeks so you can watch them on demand.
How can I request an invoice for my tickets?
During the purchase process, you can enter your billing details.
Additionally, you can request the invoice through the tickets link.
Please note that tickets purchased as an individual cannot be invoiced to a company (company tax ID).
Will there be talks in English?
Yes, the T3chFest program includes talks in both Spanish and English. While most of the content is delivered in Spanish, we try to have at least one talk in English in each time slot. English sessions are clearly announced in the program.
Do you sell merchandise?
With your ticket you can buy a t-shirt and pick it up at the event. We will also have a physical shop during the event (card payment only) with items from this edition and previous ones. It's a great way to help support the event organization.
