T3chFest is a very special event as we have a large number of professionals from the technological sector as well as students (university and FP). In the event we have talks of divulgation and talks that require greater technical knowledge.

What is T3chFest?
Thu 13 & Fri 14 March, 2025: 4 simultaneous tracks. A total of more than 70 talks. Opening keynote with a special show. Stands area with more than 20 companies. Networking space. Coffee-break for all attendees. Recruiting breakfasts with companies, etc.
High-schools T3chFest day
A special day before T3chFest where students coming from nearby high-schools will attend talks about scientific and technological divulgation.
What will we invest the sponsorship in?
T3chFest is a non-profit and free event. The sponsorship agreements are the only set of resources that we use and they are totally spent on the event celebration.
- Transportation, accommodation, and speakers maintenance.
- Logistic expenses: renting of resources, ticket control, and parking, among others.
- Posters and merchandising.
- Top-level quality streaming service.
- Meals for speakers, sponsors, organizers, volunteers, and external workers.
- Media resources: photographers and videographers.
- Collaborations with other events and organizations that share our values.

Sponsorship add-ons
These add-ons are optional and in order to contract them it is necessary to have a sponsorship pack:
Talk
50 minute talk in the event . The content will be supervised by the organization. The track of the talk will be decided depending on the attendees' votes.
Recruiting 1 to 1
A room with a small catering service will be provided during 1h 30min, where the sponsor can arrange meetings with attendees for interviews or other activities. This activity will be promoted to all attendees in a way that they will be able to sign up with their CV and the sponsor will make a selection over them.
Lanyards
Printing of the sponsor's logo next to the T3chFest logo in all lanyards for the conference passes of all attendees, speakers, sponsors, and organizers.
Job offer
Publication of a job offer on the T3chFest website. The link of the website will be sent to all attendees, it will be advertised on the event screens and on social networks.
Ads on streaming
Stream of a video ad or a banner with an image and text at the end of each talk and before the beginning of the next one that will be seen in the live broadcast of the main track in one of the two days of the event.
10 editions party
We are celebrating 10 editions of T3chFest and we will have a big party. Sponsor the party and celebrate all these years together.
