Digital transformation is the new hype. The concept that everyone uses and few ones define. However, one issue is not debatable, digital transformation is here to stay and we, as computer engineers, will have to deal with it. This talk will give an overview of digital transformation and digital business terminology. The final purpose is to allow attendees to develop common ground to bridge the differences with other digital professionals.

Doctor en Ciencia y Tecnología Informática por la UC3M y Máster en Negocio Digital por el ISDI. Developer Manager en Intelygenz, apasionado del desarrollo del software en general y del diseño de sistemas interactivos en particular. Certificado como Scrum Master y Scrum Product Owner por la Scrum Alliance, ejerzo como coordinador de la comunidad ágil de Intelygenz. Acreditado como Profesor de Universidad Privada y Profesor Titular de Universidad. Mi experiencia profesional de más de 15 años se reparte entre la empresa privada y el mundo académico, habiendo tenido la oportunidad de gestionar proyectos nacionales e internacionales de desarrollo de software, proyectos de transformación digital y proyectos de investigación. Autor de dos decenas de artículos de investigación científica, y tutor de multitud de Proyectos Fin de Carrera, Trabajos Fin de Máster y Tesis Doctorales.
